The founder Melvin Lee has 25 years of HR experience in public and private sector companies in HR functions from leadership development, learning and development, to performance management. He possess a Master’s in Human Capital Management (MHCM) from Singapore University of Social Sciences and a Master of Arts in Counseling (MAC) from TCA College, Singapore.
